Problem with that article was that it seemed the author was just promoting their own brand of 'water'. It was written by the makers of bodyquicken. Makes it suspect to how unbiased it is. Would love to see an independant comparison done.
well also, I wonder if it would be easier to over hydrate?? ie water intoxication.
