Yesterday, for the first time, you could see Jake Paul visibly uncomfortable/unsure of himself in the face off with Perry. Perry’s not pulling the “just happy to be here, thank you Jake” routine that a few others have with Paul. Mike actually brings violence, and I think Paul knows he may be in deep waters here. This is different than any past fight he has had.
Mostly clinch related, BKFC allows collar ties and essentially allows clinching while striking continuously with no referee breaks unless there is no action, you can hold behind the head with one hand and and strike with the other.
The shorter rounds, closer starting position each round and smaller ring make for a much faster paced fight as well. Perry will have a lot more distance to close to get in range , it’s a lot harder to fight on the outside in BKFC and favours a more pressure orientated smothering style that suits Perry.
The 10oz gloves won’t hold him up too much I feel, when you’re boxing bare knuckle you actually have to throw with a bit less power as you’re in danger of breaking your knuckle and damaging your wrist more so than with wraps and gloves, it might effect his range finding ability a bit but he’s used to sparring in 16oz anyway and he will make the adjustment pretty quickly I feel.
Forgot that one. Shorter round time and lower amount of rounds (in general compared to big boxing fights).
Just remembered a couple more.
No draws. They have a sudden death overtime round to declare winner.
Cutman can work on a fighter during a round if the ref tells him to. Doctor is also less likely to stop fights due to cuts (in my opinion).
Whats teh height & walk around weight between them?
Perry needs to relax and control his aggression because of the extra rounds.
Yep, you dont want to go toe to toe with Perry, I want Perry to win, but Paul’s coaches will find a way to win…
Do we believe this organisation is legit and are playing around on the scales here for views?
Just like the other scammer promotion that held Diaz bs Masvidal.
Jake looks 210lb to my laser eye , he never weighed in…
If I see Marc Ratner there or other NSAC officials u know it’s mostly legit (for weigh ins at least)
I hope Mike has been working hard on quick one two down the pike.
When JP throws the jab he always leaves his head straight up and drops his lead hand after jabbing with it.
Ahead of his fight against Jake Paul on Saturday, Mike Perry announced he is starting his own combat sports organization called Dirty Boxing Championship, per TMZ Sports.
According to the new league’s website, the sport will combine MMA with traditional boxing for a unique spin on combat sports.
“Dirty Boxing Championship is new super-fast and close-action combat sport that packs world class MMA and vintage boxing into a pair of five-ounce gloves and an 18-foot certifiably ‘DIRTY’ competition ring,” the website says.
Dirty Boxing Championship will feature a “ground and pound” rule where fighters are allowed to strike an opponent while down. Fighters will also use five-ounce gloves “for more impact power while maintaining some protection to avoid broken knuckles and fingers.”
The new sport will also “focus on finishes,” disallowing grappling, kicking or submissions. The website explains that the organization will take a “talent first focus,” with an emphasis on fair pay.
“Me and my team have been working on this for quite some time,” Perry said. “We’ve tried to hint at this, we’ve been making way and we’re ready to make the announcement that this is coming very soon. We’re very close to being sanctioned by commissions and we’re ready to get some athletes and get a card together and put a fight on sometime this year.”
According to TMZ, Perry’s opponent on Saturday, Paul, is among fighters who could potentially join the league.
Before Perry can shift his focus to his new organization, he’ll look to get a big win against Paul on Saturday. Perry comes into the fight with an extensive MMA and bare-knuckle boxing background, but he’s boxed professionally just once in 2015.
Paul was originally set to fight Mike Tyson in a boxing bout, but the legendary boxer had to postpone the fight due to a medical issue. Instead, he will take on Perry, who stepped up as a fill-in for Tyson.
Conor, 2 fights left on UFC contract
If Conor had his fight against Chandler in December 2024 then his last UFC contracted fight against
Nate Diaz in July 2025, then maybe he can fight Vs
Mike Perry at the end Nov/Dec in BKFC then retire his ass for good
Hawk Tua, The End
I really doubt Conor has a fight against Nate under UFC umbrella as it makes no sense. Better to wait for 2 fights, he’s a FA, then he can go fight Nate on his own and the two of them get 100% of the profit vs a tiny sliver the UFC givers them.
Conor would be smart to fight Chandler then someone he can beat, maybe Aldo at 170 or something stupid where he will beat a name and be a big favorite. However I doubt UFC will do him any favors in that last fight if he doesnt sign an extension and will try to get him to fight someone who will beat him fairly easily. That way it damages his value a bit more before he does his own thing.
Jake took two attempts and on second one used a towel to make 200
My guess is he will be around 220 tomorrow
Perry weighed like 196.5 or something I read and looked a bit bloated
My guess is around 25lb difference on fight night.
These influencers need their fucking heads kicked in, have a look at this fucking piece of shit harassing Perry.

Yea I see it’s all over Twitter. He’s another idiot I can’t stand either. He’s doing it places he knows he won’t get shot lol.
Westlake had a weak program with an even weaker schedule, and I’m told he never even broke the starting line up.
Thanks for the info
Paul will likely outweigh him by 25 to 30 lbs come fight night.
