Ive read alot about proper diets to maintain weight while training, just looking for ideas, nutritional programs for someone looking to gain weight properly while training and lifting weights,

Look into corned beef hash. You'll gain some weight if you eat that.

You want to eat a lot of calories if you're looking to gain weight... keep most of them clean, but don't be afraid of the occasional cheeseburger. Remember that if you're looking to pack on muscle and size, some of that weight has to be fat.
