Kimo has looked terrible in his last few fights.
Looked bad against Shamrock.
Looked HORRIBLE against Royster. It was Royster's first MMA match and he had little ground experience and he came close to subbing Kimo a few times. Kimo had to resort to cheating with a headbutt to catch a breather before finally subbing him.

I think Bas vs. Tiger White would have been a pretty good comeback test for Bas.
Hughes/Royce isnt the same as Bas/Chuck. Chuck has the better chances, but I think Bas is a tougher opponent for Chuck then Randy
