This. Edwards is as well rounded as they come. Good at everything, but not great at any aspect. Askren the complete opposite, world class wrestling, shit at everything else, except cardio.
50/50 IMO

Edwards deserves more, if Jorge is really ducking him then a matchup vs Wonderboy or even Till would be interesting. This division has a lot of moving parts so it's hard to pinpoint. Askren should fight RDA or someone like Ponzinibbio.

I’d like to see Askren vs. Nick Diaz if possible. That’d be a mega fight right now I think.
Nick Diaz vs. Masvidal as well.
Wonderboy/Till make sense for Edwards. If Pettis beats Diaz then Pettis vs. Edwards could be interesting. If rumblings are true Till could be headed to Middleweight, where a showdown with Anderson Silva would work.
I like RDA and he was champ at 155. That said, his record at 170 isn't anything special and beating him at 170 isn't a big deal imo. He beat Saffiedine, Magny, an injured Lawler, and Kevin Lee. He wasn't really even competitive in his losses and he should have finished Lawler. I know RDA was ranked number 4, I just don't understand why.
I think Edwards loses to all the top guys, especially the wrestlers. Maybe I'm selling him way short.

Askren v Ponz 100%. That's a name you won't hear Ben asking for though. It suits where he ranks after 2 performances though.
Edwards Askren makes sense since Mas just beat him it would be common opponent
