Hey everyone,

I need some help Figuring out

"What would be the best time(s) for most people to train BJJ"

I doesn't take long, So please participate =)

A) 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
B) 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm

C) 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm

D) 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm

For me: E) 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

Those are all good times for adult classes . if your talking children, most martial arts business associations will tell you to schedule your kids 30 minutes after the schools in your area let out. I believe thats the standard.

for adults especially if you have to deal with traffic. However if the school is by a lot of people's work that could be a long time to wait so then A

C - this is what time my school has its evening classes and it works out perfectly for me.

We usually do 7:30-9:00, but with the option of staying as long as you want afterwards to roll. So it ranges from 9:00 to 10:00 depending on how much people feel like doing.

FOr me, the perfect time would be 5:30-7:30pm.

I have my classes from 8 - 10. Time sucks but it is the only time slot open.

i like 7 to 9.. i get off work around 5:30ish and that gives me enough time to go to the gym, get a workout, and/or eat something and chill for a bit before i train.

Go 7-9. Some students with kids or early mornings will not want to train until 9:30, and even if they leave on time, they won't get home until 10 or later.

Around 7-9, by then I have been able to get off work, beat my meat, eat dinner, and say by to the wife and kids.
