updates at regular invtervals would be good.

Yes....want to make this site a resource for all our local needs...then make sure it has timely information. make it so there is no other place for us to go.

the issue with updates is that we are often at the mercy of the local shows...if we go 2 months without a show, we have trouble scrounging up content...we will be taking this site to the next level though, with a lot more content that won't be so reliant on the local shows, and will be unique to MassMMA.com

Although it obviously wouldn't be official, how about your top ten rankings of MA fighters by weight class? That's my top recommendation.

Top Ten rankings by weight class would give new fighters an idea of who they should be fighting, it would give current fighters something to gun for, and it would give the top fighters the recognition they deserve.

Additionally, like in the UFC website, you could have a "fighters" link that has the biography, picture, tale-of-the-tape, etc. of MA fighters.

Action photos of MA MMA shows would be great.

From a business perspective, I don't know why you wouldn't want to sell tickets through your site (and get a fee from the promoter) - but I'm sure you have your reasons (like the promoters won't let you)

How about a "technique of the month" from a MA school (schools would probably be happy to help with digital photos and descriptions for exchange of exposure / free advertising)

want more forum traffic? get the promoters to offer a couple free tickets for, I don't know, best preview, most insightful analysis, most offensive commentary, etc.

get a real MMA school to open in Pittsfield, MA (that's just for me)
