Sorry, serious answer: He said, Dean Lister is a really intelligent, very talented individual, brilliant at Jiu-Jitsu, but he doesn't train right, doesn't work hard, and that's what's always going to hold him back. He alluded to Lister being grossly overweight in between fights at the time as well. That's pretty much all there was to it.
