5eggs with 5pieces lean turkey sausage. Also a smoothie which had:
1cup almond milk
1scoop strawberry protein powder
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blueberry

A half cup dry of Bobs Red Mill thick cut oatmeal with a spoon of coconut oil, packet of stevia and about a third of a cup of Kind Oats and Honey clusters mixed in. The only reason I go to sleep at night is so I can wake up and have a bowl of this wonderful stuff.
