He said in an interview, maybe 8 years ago that he was retired, having banked his WCW money and money won in lawsuits against someone for using his image in a video game. That doesn't mean it's true or he hasn't since squandered the money.

Tank from I heard and read over the years is much more intelligent then his fight persona would let on. He is one of the few first generation fighters to still have a decent amount of money left.
