No more calling him the 10th best heavyweight and talking out of your ass BLAF. What I wouldn't give to have seen the look on his face while Fedor was demolishing his two-time former champ, the guy that was beating the shit out of his current champ for three rounds before getting caught. BLAF got completely humiliated tonight, he has zero credibility left. I'm loving every minute of it.
Despite losing a significant portion of the arena's seats due to the end-stage necessary for Megadeth's performances, the Honda Center was filled with an announced sold-out crowd of 13,988 spectators.
By comparison, the UFC has held three previous events in the Honda Center -- UFC 59, 63 and 76 -- which drew California State Athletic Commission-certified crowds of 12,604 to 13,814 spectators.
TAKE THAT BLAF
Anyone have the UFC post fight press conference? Did any journalist ask him about Fedor?
He said it definitely changed his mind about the man because he thinks Tim is the real deal -
Is that good enough for you?
I predict: "All Fucking Fedor fucking did is take out the UFC's fucking trash. Didn't prove anything to me."
How many of those seats were comped?
When I was watching, I thought the place may be half empty. They never showed the crowd and kept it real dark so you couldn't see past ringside. I thought they were hiding the attendace. If there were that many people, I wonder why they didn't show the crowd?
Dana White on Fedor's win:
So he fucking beat a guy we fucking dropped from our roster. Big fucking deal!
So he's fucking beaten our interim HW Champ twice. So fucking what?!
How does that make him the #1 fucking HW in the world? He's NEVER even fought in my fucking Octagon(tm) before! It's a fucking travesty that people think he's the #1 fighter in the fucking world now.
Cain Velasquez would fucking tear Fedor a new fucking shit-hole!
Here's what Dana thinks (from Yahoo Sports):
But upon learning that Emelianenko had submitted ex-UFC heavyweight champion Tim Sylvia on Saturday in Anaheim, Calif., in less than a minute, White unflinchingly admitted he was impressed.
“It does (change my opinion),” he conceded. “Tim Sylvia was a real opponent.”
But it didn’t change his opinion enough to make him reconsider his opinion that Anderson Silva is the world’s best fighter.
“Not at all,” White said, beaming. “Do you even need to ask me after that?”
In a career filled with highlight reel knockouts, Silva put together one of his best in his debut at light heavyweight Saturday at the Pearl at the Palms. He caught a kick from James Irvin, connected with a straight right hand that all but knocked Irvin cold and then finished the ex-college football player with a brutal ground-and-pound.
"Mark Hunt, Lindland, and Hong Man Choi are not cans."
They are also not guys who had any business in the ring with the "#1 in the world", which makes them lame -- not "real" -- opponents.
ttt
ChokeEmOut -bemsqua - When I was watching, I thought the place may be half empty. They never showed the crowd and kept it real dark so you couldn't see past ringside. I thought they were hiding the attendace. If there were that many people, I wonder why they didn't show the crowd?
Maybe because it was a fight PPV and not a crowd watching PPV. I swear you fags think every goddamn MMA PPV ahs to look exactly like the UFC. "Why didn't they scan the crowd".."Why didn't they show the celebrities". haha
It was just an observation jackass....don't get your pannies all up in a bunch over it.

i thought the same thing. Not an unreasonable question at all i dont see why you got bashed for it. I think it was honestly just another affliction production mistake. GEt rid of megadeth and step up the production and you got a great show.
Both Lindland and Hunt would be top 5 heavyweights and title contenders in the shitty UFC HW division. Hunt would destroy Herring, Lesnar or Kongo. Lindland would probably lose to Lesnar due to sheer size but I would pick him to smoke either Herring or Kongo. Dana is a joke.
I don't see many UFC heavyweights faring to well against Choi either.
OneScoup - LOL, I'm really curious to hear if Dana comments.
The comment above is accurate:
