I think Urijah would be a great coach after his career if he wanted to pursue it.
Dominick Cruz he has an ability to breakdown any fighter.
Datsik would be an interesting coach.
I personally think Kenny Florian would be an excellent Coach. He accomplished a lot by being very well rounded and tough without solely relying on pure athleticism and natural talent.

Chael 100%
Guy is extremely intelligent and capable of articulating ideas
Cerrone is the first that came to mind
Horn is the best!
DickolasNicholas - Horn is the best!Horn will always be the unsung hero of mma IMO

Dominick Cruz
Taylor McGee
Lol at Chael. Here take this
I'd go with Lawler. Robbie had the "HIT" gym with Hughes, and has trained with some of the all time top gyms. He managed to stay not only relevant, but go from fringe contender to champion.

Haha, seriously though Chael has the demeanor and knowledge to be a great coach. He was awesome on TUF.
Tim kennedy
Bigfoot Silva
Rich Franklin Brian Stann
Hard workers usually make better coaches because natural talent can't coach someone to be naturally talented
I bet Dillashaw could do it. He is such a sponge when it comes to the things that he is taught, and he seems to have such an understanding of the system with which he fights. I think he would definitely be able to guide a fighter.
GSP no doubt. Not only from a technical point of view but as a life coach.. The way he handled his career was unique and beautiful, no trouble. Complete respect. The greatest welterweight to ever live. Studied. Great nutrition. A True martial artist. If ever there comes a fighter who is hungry and talented if GSP becomes his head coach then WOW.
