Last night he said he was doing an interview with Ariel in 5 minutes and Ariel would break the story. Ariel never tweeted anything at all about talking to Cesar.
Here we are 12 hours later and still nothing.
Maybe he couldn't get through to Ariel so told his story to FRB?
