jersey0525 - if jds can stay standing, he has a really good shot..he KILLED werdum, who fedor is fighting next..arlovski's standup is going downhill, and even he was getn to fedor...now im not a huge fedor fan so i dont know, but i dont think hes ever fought a guy who has heavy hands AND is quicker..idk though, school me if im wrongI dont think theres a heavyweight out there quicker than Fedor. Crocop and Arlovski are probably the 2 quickest opponents he's fought and theyre also pretty heavy handed, especially Arlovski
IMO JDS is the most dangerous HW fighting. I am not saying he beats Fedor but he is the most capable fighter to beat the worlds best

Oh stop beeing a drama queen. Fedor was NOT all busted up.....He got hit by ONE punch...the opening jab from Brett. That shot busted his nose and Fedor, as all Russians, is a bleeder. It doesn't mean sh!t...Fedor was immedietly unfazed and on the attack....other than that Brett didn't do sh!t....ALL he did was land a jab.
.Fedor was briefly on the ground and at the bottom...but Brett didn't do sh!t there either but land some completely harmless, non damaging, glancing blows blows. Fedor was unhurt and even threatened Brett w/ 2 submissions.
Other than that ,the fight consisted of Fedor controlling the pace, landing punches, and tossing Rogers left and right like a 100lb bitch, and finally KO'd him flat early in the 2nd.

I actually LOVE the idea of Dana sending one of his top HW's as a "Hitman" like he did with Chuck to Pride.
Hitman is the perfect way to describe it.
I think Fedor would turn out to be the Hitman in a fight with JDS though, I dont think JDS even matches up well with him.
If you really wanted to do the Hitman idea, Brock would be the guy to do it, I dont see M1 accepting that fight though.
Its too risky for Dana as well, to me Brock is a nightmare for Fedor and I'm a Fedor apologist and think hes 1 p4p.

Brock couldn't be used for that. It would have to be like Roy Nelson, Cain or JDS...somebody like that. I actually thought Hendo was a hitman for Strikeforce after he the UFC.

Carwin does NOT match up well w/ Fedor...Carwin may hit hard and be strong....but he is SLOW AS MOLASSES and has terrible, doesn't throw combos (just slow one shots), and TERRIBLE defense always leaving his hands down , especially when he strikes.
Fedor would light him up bad on the feet early if he tries to Gonzaga him.
JDS is a mor dangerous fight IMO based on size, height, speed, and punching power w/ either hand...On the ground JDS may be in trouble...maybe not.
