What is going on in Portland?

My scanner alert went off so I turned it on. Immedietely cops say "dogs are loose" and a minute or so later they say "no movement from suspect." They then say that he has a self inflicted gunshot wound to the cranium. So, he dead. Dispatch then says there is a guy near some milemarker shooting at the cops with a rifle... The fuck?

Portland news says there is a manhunt but if that guy is dead who is shooting at cops?

Okay nevermind... the cops are now saying that one person called in the guy with the rifle and they believe the citizen saw a cop with a rifle. Still, the manhunt ended in a guy shooting himself and the cops let their dogs loose on a dead body. Pretty crazy.

'I've never done drugs.'

'Me neither. The closest I ever got was eating a pot cookie in high school. And it didn't even have any pot in it.'

'So you ate a cookie in high school?'

'Yeah.' Phone Post 3.0
