Been doing no gi for a few months, got a wild hair one day an decide to buy a gi an show up for gi class an roll.

Everytime I looked at my collar I was getting choked by it, the lapel cokes my me feel as if I was a wild boar being rangeled in. Think I will stick with no gi for now lol.

I love the gi, but I also don’t. I can’t stand collar chokes. People spam them constantly. I feel like I’m waiting to actually grapple but have to stop real shit to defend against collar chokes.

I’m working on passing the guard and I feel those fucking hands creeping around my collar. STOP IT! I’M DOING REAL SHIT HERE!

I’m old and play and old game, but I DO like the bio-mechanical puzzle of deconstructing the various guards where the lapel or skirt is exploited.
