What meat and cut is this?

Won this last night at an Easter raffle but no idea what kind of meat it is so that I know what to do with it....cut into steaks, roast as a whole, slow cook...

tough as fuck meat but good enough to slow cook for spinach/corn/beef soup.

You can cut in as small roast as well...tough meat but huge taste, really fatty
