One bc of the big things to remember is CTE.

I’ve had so many concussions that the doctors diagnosed me with CTE but no way to prove that until you’re dead.

I can say 100% when you get mad, anger absolutely consumes you.

All you think about is literally destroying the problem.

I’m divorcing my wife because I literally think one day I’m not going to be able stop myself from hurting her.

I couldn’t live with myself if I hurt her(kids would be devastated).

A hard Dec to leave your wife of 25 years.

I was fortunate to see it and from others.

I believe there’s a lot more that’s going to happen in the future for mma fighters with violence.

I hope I’m wrong.
