I can’t have cereal in the house/have to have a hard rule I will not eat cereal because I can easily eat a box in a sitting.
I don’t like the real sweet stuff (the sweetest I would go is Life) but I could house a box of just about anything else (dry)...Cheerios, Wheaties, mini shredded wheat, kashi, corn flakes, grape nuts etc
when I was a young kid I thought I was dying because I had these intense stomach pains and finally went and told my parents. They were concerned until they asked some questions and figured out that I had eaten a whole box of all bran...haha

Cereal is designed to be eaten with milk. That's why you can't just eat it dry and call it trail mix or something. It always tastes awful or at least nowhere as good as it does with milk
