What sports do you like besides mma? Were some of you athletes in high school or what?

Football, Basketball, and baseball.

Played Football in HS, played Basketball up till HS, never played Baseball but i'm a die hard Cubs fan.

Boxing fan as well.

Football (ie Soccer for Americans), Boxing, Hockey, various Track & Field events, Tennis, Tabletennis, and Fickpingis.

college and pro football, college basketball(can't watch the pro shit) and pro baseball

I also like no-gi grappling and BJJ matchs. i guess thats a sport other than MMA, right?

Played baseball my whole life until I hurt my back at tryouts sophomore year. I got hurt on the first day, and I decided not to play as a Junior or Senior. Played Football (american football) when I was younger and played as a freshman and senior in highschool. Wrestled for a few years, played basketball for a couple years and played roller hockey for several years.

I basically played every sport out there except soccer, but only football and baseball were for my highschool team. The others I played before HS.

Trained MMA for a couple years 3-4 days a week, and now I do it like once or twice a month. MMA is my favorite sport with Football (american football, not soccer) a very close second. Big red sox fan, but not big enough to watch every game. I'll catch a little of every game, and watch every one that matters. Boxing is really the only other one I watch.

To watch: Hockey, boxing

To play/participate: Hockey, skiing, mountain biking, rock climbing, ultimate frisbee

I like all off them. I raced bicycles professionally so that's probably what I was most into.

to me, all other sports are just poor metaphors for MMA.

I like all sports too, and it's funny to me to see all of the diversity in mma.

some of you seem to love sports, while some of you hate them. However, mma is a sport, right?!
