I've only been watching the UFC since TUF 3 and hardly seen only seen Pride on youtube apart from 1-5. I've also got UFCs 1-8 on dvd. What are the best ones to buy?
Check out the Pride FC box sets that have an entire Grand Prix. These are some of the best examples of Pride at it's peak. The 2000 Grand Prix is pretty cool from a historic point of view but they're all pretty good and have a lot of significant non-tournament bouts on them. 
I hear UFC 149 was a good one

Fedor vs Cro Cop : still considered by many as the most anticipated MMA fight of all time
Shogun Rua's rise to fame, he had just beaten Rampage which was considered a big upset and at this event he fights Overeem and Arona.
Tank Abbott's only PRIDE apperance where he loses via gi choke, something you don't see everyday.<br type="_moz" />
