What was with all the blood on the Glory mat?

I watched the Super Fight Series from the opening of the card. And when the first fight started there was already a bunch of blood on the mat. We're there prelims even before the SFS? Because I thought the SFS was the prelims.

And I can't find any results for fights from before the first one on fight pass.

Grisham said during the Mozny fight I think that it was from an unaired prelim. Shin busted open from a shin to shin contact.
