If I do the following workouts:

Bench: 5 sets of 50:80 lbs.

Squat: 5 sets of 50: 100 lbs

Deadlift: 5 sets of 20: 225 lbs

Bicep Curls: 5 sets of 50: 20 lbs (per arm)

Pushups: 4 sets of 25 (2x daily)

Wallsits: 4 sets of 3 minutes. (2x daily)

Planks: 4 sets of 3 minutes. (2x daily)

One mile run in morning, one mile run in evening

What kind of strength and conditioning will I develop with that workout?

Do HIIT's on that arm and leg thingy.

I started that workout about 4 days ago, and damn.. I would have never expected to be so sore the next day.

I was on my last set of bench (keep it mind, it was only 80 lbs) and I thought my muscles were going to fatigue around the 30th rep.. the feeling was weird.. it didn't feel like the weight was heavy, at all, it was more so my muscles feeling like they were about to shut down on me.

I finished the upper body portion of the work out, and I could feel the burn the next day.. that's for sure.
