What's a Good Way to Suppress...

"just chug water and have fruit on hand"

This seems like the popular alternative to eating. Plus the nuts (no homo).

That's actually true. But the problem is I often get hungry at work... ONLY 2 HOURS AFTER I'VE EATEN BREAKFAST. wtf

I've found that after a few days of eating less, my body adjusts and wants less food.
