I think he's just taking some time off to work on areas in need of improvement 
I feel like he is in the same boat as pat berry where if it stays standing he could almost beat everyone but with a below average ground game the best he can be is a gatekeeper and I pray he never has 2 face mike pierce or story cause they will lay on him for 15min which will prob result in him getting his pink slip.
