O damn I wish I was there! So many great beers…Virtually all the Belgian Darks, Quads and Barrel Aged are fantastic…easier to list my least favorite in that grouping - Straffe Hendrik is not on my top list. If you haven’t had the Het Anker Gouden Caroulus Van de Keizer Blauw - that’s a treat. I’m partial the the Quads and Strong Dark Ales…Top three would be in no particular order would be the Gouden Caroulus Van de Keizer; Gulden Draak Dark Triple and Rochefort 10. Honorable mention to St Bernardus Abt 12.

You appear to like the tripels…Westmalle is one of the better ones, but hard to top Rochefort or St Bernardus…they’re all awesome!
