Whats the first song you mastered

mine was "Stairway to Heaven" I know everyone plays that but just a fun question nonetheless. :)

I haven't mastered any songs yet..... i know parts of every song you can think of though

I think the first song i played all the way threw was we're not gonna take it

im typically the same way I learn parts of a song that interest me then I get bored, its a serious problem. DasBeaver please help :)

Stairway to Heaven for me also.

*puts hand up to give chief high 5*

yea!

longview by green day....i loved the bass line in it

Haha, lots of stairway here.

I think mine was something really easy, like house of the rising sun.

Hell, I'm the same way too. You should start a band called 'the pieces' and just play the good parts of a bunch of songs.

I usually learn up to the solo, and then fake the rest.

'the pieces'

LOL my whole catolog would consist of intros, solos, and ourto solos for a bunch a songs, anyone want in? :)

Cool that Stairway was quite a few's first song mastered.

That would be pretty funny, you could fit 100 songs into one set.

Either "Two Tickets To Paradise" or "Hit Me With Your Best Shot".

I'm so ashamed. I knew the chords to "Armed and Ready" by Michael Schenker, does that redeem me?

*edited for spelling*

hee hee

Now I've got hit me with your best shot in my head and can't get it out, thanks Racer X!

I play drums - the first songs I can recall playing all the way through were

Van Halen - Jump ( ended up doing that song for my 6th grade talent show )

AC/DC - Back In Black

She's a Roller - April Wine (drums)

thanks fellas keep em coming :)

Purple Haze

It was either Woody Guthries Do Re Mi or Uriah Heap Demons and Wizards..

Panama - Van Halen

You think your tough - RATT : was the first song I figured out from ear, lol.

Nice! Since I suck, the only song that I ever figured out by ear was "mary had a little lamb" or "down in the corner" by CCR, oh yea and the harmonic chime for NBC (lol)

House of the Rising sun
