i saw an interview of mitrone with ariel helwani in which he said he'd like to fight Kongo to test his stand up.then Barry signed to fight kongo,so now both coming off last nites card with good wins i think the timing would be perfect for Mitrone Vs. Kongo
Matt's one of the most athletic guys in the division. His speed, the way he moves is ridiculous for a guy his size I don't think he'll be easy to take down either

I'd like to believe the UFC has done a pretty good job doing just this.. So far, they've really done a nice job giving him guys who will test his skills, but ones he's not going to be completely in over his head against..
Issue is, sooner or later you're going to have to move him up the rankings so to speak and have him test the deep waters. Eventually in the UFC, you have to take the training wheels off and let them ride without them.
Not insinuating they should put him in there with Cain, or even Carwin, but it's time to bump him up in competition, a guy like Mike Russow, Jon Madsen or possibly Kongo if they really want to test him would be the natural next step.
Browne also would be a good name for him. Nice call Bigg.
Kongo or struve. Hes got potential but I dont see him ever winning the title.

Cormier and Del Rosario(if his injuries from his recent car accident aren't too bad) are the top two HW prospects in the game right now. I'd take either one of them over Matt right now.
Browne would be interesting, but my vote is either Rothwell or Dave Herman. Both are fights he should win, but should provide a steeper challenge than he's had recently. That's the sort of fights they should give him, tough fights that he should win, not fights where he's the underdog just yet.
Travis Browne imo. Would be a great test for both fighters
