Just wondering what everyone's favorite MMA style to trane is?
I do most of my training at a local gym called Ihop.

I like to trane UFC mostly. Flipping tires downhill, sledgehammering shit, mix in some light powerlifting, hit the bag for 2 minutes a day.

I usually drink a Coors Light after sticking a horseshoe up my sparring partners ass because Bud Light didn't pay Brock enough.
I used to eat a banana with whole, juiced fruits and vegetables following traning UFC, but I've since abandoned that for a pack of corn nuts and a xyience.
I usually trane PRIDE.
warmup > soccer kicks > head stomps > cool down > stretch > go home.
