Where does Forrest rank?

So Forrest beat the #1 ranked fighter at 205. So where does he sit in the rankings now?

1 Rampage

2 could be Chuck or Henderson

3 Houston/Jardine/Griffin

It depends on the day.

well at least top 6, but you gotta wait until after the chuck vs. Jardine fight I guess. If chuck loses, i'd move him to 5.

i'd still rate him beneath Shogun.

^ Obvious Pride fan.

Not sure, but definitely cracks the top ten for sure.

^yupt.

Not that it means much because he ended up getting pounded, but..

Forrest was looking way better than Jardine till he got caught.

Max

He cracks the top ten imo, meanwhile Shogun nose dives tremendously, he looked like a clueless bum out there. I'm also convinced anyone else ranked based on Pride ranking should fall, only a fool would still believe they stand up with the UFC and I used to really like the the PRC even more so than the UFC. If I sound bitter, it's because I am.

Forrest is now the new number one in that nuked up division.

Catchy,

You are a fucking moron. But honestly, it probably isn't your fault. I am sure you have just as many reasons for why you aren't a moron as for why Shogun lost that fight. So Forrest kicks Shogun's ass but he really didn't win a decisive victory because Shogun didn't come in his usual self? You are a fucking putz. Is it really Forrest's fault that Shogun couldn't juice because the NSAC actually tests for that stuff? Go back into your hole you fucking douche bag.

Rory Singer needs to stop posting...

Really tough to rank Forrest he did beat the number 1 ranked fighter but this is Griffin's only win against a top ten fighter; I have no clue where to rank him. Does he get Rampage now since Shogun was to get Rampage if he won? Dana and Joe Silva have their work cut out for them after tonight's upsets..

Rampage

Hendo

Below that is highly debateable and I will have to think about it. They are really up in the air IMO. It would be hard to make a list that one couldn't poke holes in.

Silva, Sok, arona, Alexander, Machida, Forrest, Chuck, Jardine, Rua, Tito, I will have to think about where to put them the fact that many hold wins over each other makes it tough.

I think Chuck is really on the decline however.

Rampage, Sok, machida and Alexander are rising.

Rua, Forrest, Tito, Jardine, Silva their next fights will be telling about where they stand and where they are headed.

Top 6 should look something like this...

  1. Rampage

  2. Henderson

  3. Shogun

  4. Forrest

  5. Liddell

  6. Jardine

The problem with doing the rankings are, you actually have to take what they've done in the past and take that into account. The other thing is, other than Rampage, there is no distinct ranking. I mean, everyone below Rampage could be clustered and not given a spot above the other with how things have shaked out recently.

Thats why this sport can't have ranks like other sports. There are too many things that happen and thats definitely why I love this sport.
