I noticed lately I haven't seen Billy Rush in the corner of any of the fighters he has worked with in the past (i.e., Tim Sylvia, Rich Franklin, etc.) Does anyone know if he is still currently training fighters or is he taking time off? By all accounts he is a great trainer and I was just curious if anyone knows what he is up to these days. I hope he is still in the business of training fighters!

at the ICE show Jim was fighting amature it was his second fight I think, and Billy Rush was there fighting Pro...well his fight back out and they made Jim fight him last minute for NO pay...anyways things went bad for Billy thats why he dont fight no more, blv something got messed up with his ear, and now he gets off balance and shit at any time
hopefully Billy's absence doesn't have anything to do with the health problems Billy was having back when Rigg's fought for the title.

I dont personally know BILLY RUSH and sometimes think all the mention of him by fighters is a little overdone, but if a number of top flight respected fighters think highly of him on a professional and personal level as mentioned numerous times on here then he most likely is a great guy and knowledgeable fitness guru.
But sounds like this unnecessary comment above is blaming Rush for fighting an amateur and then putting him down cae he got injured, even sounds like you are insinuating he doesnt fight and uses the injury as an excuse.
