Ugh, what? Wouldn’t that likely do a shit ton of ligament damage to the knee that you’d never really recover from without a lot of surgery? Id think a tib/fib or foot break would get the same result with less risk wouldn’t it?
ADHD would be easy to fake but not sure how much that would qualify him for.
Probably. We were 17-18 and absolutely retarded.
He had to have a couple of surgeries and was in a cast/brace thing for the better part of a year.
Being American
There’s people on the streets in the Bay Area who are getting disability for being drug and or alcohol dependent.
Liberalism
Bipolar … I know quite a few people on disability for it. I don’t even think they are bipolar
So if I fake lower back pain how much money can I get?
Thank you!
You’re not wrong.
Every person I’ve known to “suffer” from it are 40+ year old well off white women that are pill heads.
We had a guy at work faking a back injury to collect workman’s comp.
Said he did it on the job.
Someone drove by his house and filmed him stacking wood outside…that was the end of that.
I have a cousin who faked that shit all the way to a surgery that fucked his back up for real and now he’s on permanent disability. The shit some people will go through to avoid work is more work than actual work
I had an English professor in college who “suffered” from Fibromyalgia and would never shut the fuck up about it. We had to write a “persuasive essay” about a topic of our choice. I chose “Fibromyalgia does not actually exist” for my topic. She had to give me an A because I’m pretty good at writing when I try lol.
Not my friend, my cousin. I would never be friends with such a loser
Getting Covid should be acceptable. It’s the deadliest thing to ever hit humanity, after all.
I’m not saying he wasn’t faking, or that lots of people don’t but a single incidence doesn’t mean he is, does it? People with injuries like that often get on pain meds that make doing things like that possible. But at the same time, you can’t be on meds at your job.
The entire ad campaign for oxycontin way back when was advertising it as making it so you can move and function without pain. So you could do some yard work again, but your employer isn’t going to let you work if your job is driving a forklift and such, no?
I’ve had severe back problems years ago. It didn’t mean I was 24/7 in bed. I had good and bad days, meds that helped etc.
K Dogg’s lawyer told him that he can expect $20k for the bruise on his leg. “It could have made blood clots that caused cardiac arrest, Rob”. I will PM you his number for guidance.
Well, to continue the story, he was called out on it and reported…he admitted that he wasn’t really injured and was doing it to “prove a point.” If I remember correctly, he had a doctor’s recommendation that he not lift anything over 5 lbs for like 2 weeks…but he wasn’t even coming in to work. Stacking wood wouldn’t have been something he could have done if the injury was legit as described.
Basically he thought he had to work too hard and was trying to cheat the system.
He was promptly fired lol.
