Which one of these tape sets is the least bad?

I've been looking around at some old tape series for some basic material on takedowns. I know there are some newer series around that may be better, but they are too expensive. These older ones can be found cheaply on ebay for example.

1. Randy Couture Instructional (by Century)

2. Mark Kerr - Seek and Destroy

3. Darrell Gholar - Vale Tudo Takedowns

I train in BJJ, but our school spends very little time on takedowns or throwing techniques. In fact basically nothing except some drilling on the double leg takedown. I'm interested in some more detailed coverage of the basics. Absolutely I'm not looking for any elaborate or advanced techniques, just reasonable coverage of the basics. Thanks.

Gholar's is very good and so is Couture's. I've never seen Kerr's. There is no reason to think that newer tapes are better than older ones. Basic wrestling doesn't change over 5 years.

Gholar. All day.
