- Hitting the bottle right now. This news has fucked me hard. Worked so hard to get tickets, flights and accom to see my boy Jacare
- Will it be possible for ticket holders to get a refund? Without the main event (and the only fight announced at the time of ticket sales) it doesn't have much appeal.
- If you get any info on refunds, please share. I emailed ticketek today and they gave me a bullshit response about only giving refunds if the event was canceled. I argued that the event has been canceled and I'm awaiting a response.
- Man this is frustrating. It's a great fight, but I wish the pen pushers would realise that Australians don't want to just see Australians fight. Was a great main event, shame they couldn't pull something together for the fans.
- We dropped 2k on front row seats. Looking for refund.

- Yeah I'm looking for a refund too. It's a really, really big change. Nobody would have paid hundreds of dollars for the card as it us now. I'm happy for Rob, but it's a shit card now. I've asked Ticketek for a refund since the event is significantly different to what we bought tickets for. It's like buying tickets for Metallica being supported by a local band and not getting a refund when Metallica are unable to play. The local band could be amazing, but they're not worth Metallica money.
- Just commenting to come back if you get a response, i'm in the same position. Had bought tickets but hadn't booked flights or hotel yet, at this point i'd much rather prefer a refund
- As much as I can't wait for this Whittaker fight, I'm finding it really hard to justify buying flights and accommodation to come down from Canberra for this one now. I'm considering not going even though I've paid ~$150 for the ticket.
Of course this fight doesn't have the appeal of Rockhold v Jacare, but I am looking forward to seeing Brunson get his 5th first round finish in a row, followed up by a more marquee matchup and a top 5 opponent.
