Jesse made an absolute rookie mistake, he's a good wrestler, but lacks even a basic submission sensitvity. In 3 or 4 years he could come back and beat Noah, but he was agressive, strong and very green last night.
I cheered. Jesse was 21 (if I remember right) and acted 12. Actually, at age 12, if I had behaved like that my Dad would have whipped my butt.
He's got a lot of growing up to do as a person and as a fighter.
Most of the green team seems like a bunch of whiners, actually. Walking out of the ring during a training session, whining about being hurt and overworked the DAY AFTER Shamrock gave them a day off to rest. I hope they have more than they have shown so far.

I cheered too. I didn't have the hatred for Jesse really going on, I just liked the way Noah handled himself.
I was hyped for two reasons. One Jesse was acting like a dick and secondly because it was one of those 'stupid submissions' Shamrock saw fit not to train his team about.
Yup, nothing like seeing cocky young fucker make a textbook error and get schooled.
Man, the editing / story building is so obvious, but it still made me care who won.
I can't stand Tito, but I was cheering big time when Noah hit that armbar. So far Noah seems like one of the coolest dudes on the show.

Having said that, this is Reality TV. And the more stuff they get into, then there's something to talk about for us viewers.
