That's about 18 miles of running a day, 6 days a week + all the MT work. Lol
Jose to me is best muay Thai striker in MMA. Anderson has incorporated a lot of other types of strikes into his game, but Aldo is best straight forward muay Thai artist in my opinion. I also enjoy Shogun, Alves, Barbosa, and Vera (whenever he actually comes forward aggressively with strikes)
Noo
you're all high.

Dude HATES that tree.

Believe it or not, that's a pretty standard workout routine for Thai boxers. Even young kids train twice a day six days a week. It's why they're so scary. Also may be why they burn out in their mid to late 20's but that's besides the point

I seriously doubt he does 12km in 20 minutes, and 20km in 1 hour...seems unhuman.
Nalaan - Took a look at this dude's training schedule, jesus.I'm sorry, Buakaw is a badass. I really love the guy. One of my favorites up there with Souwer and Petrosyan, but I would be willing to put some cash down that he doesn't run 20 km in an hour. That's nearly impossible unless you are a top marathoner and even marathoners don't do it every day. Then in the evening of the SAME DAY he runs another 12 km in 20 minutes? Hahahaha... That's 32 km/hour. I don't believe that is even humanly possible. I run regularly and these numbers jumped out at me... No way!

Yep. 100% those numbers are bullshit. 10k competition winners usually do it in 29-30 minutes (without being the absolute best runners in the world but still better than 99% of people) and are dead tired. Theres no way he does 20k in 1 hour without being a professional runner of the highest caliber. The 12k in 20 minute thing is even more bullshit, especially on the same day..every day. You have to be a complete imbecile to believe that or have never ran a day in your life.
What in the world?
