Frankie was one of the first names that popped in my head. Then I remembered how much damage he is constantly taking. Suppose it could be for of a head movement problem though.

I was very impressed with the way Marcus Davis used angles in some of his fights. His footwork was lightyears beyond most guys.

Who has the best footwork in MMA?



I immediately thought Frankie Edgar he has the best footwork by far. It's fast and technically perfect.

Anderson Silva has very good footwork he's second to Edgar.

Dominick Cruz has good footwork, but it's unorthodox and not what you would teach somebody if you were training them.

Basically anyone whose main striking discipline is boxing should have at least decent footwork (JDS, Rampage, etc)
