He is one of my fave all time fighters, but I eventually had to face the reality that his chin is kaput from all the wars. He will get tko/ko'd, it's just a matter of what round. 
While I don't think he'll win, neither Franklin nor Cung KOed him, and both men have solid power
His chin isn't as shot as some of his fights would lead you to believe. It was never one of the greatest in the business, it's just that his recovery has slowed down
As long as he doesn't rush in there and turn it into a slug fest I think he has a solid chance

He has a chance, a pretty good one in fact. Yeah Stann hits hard but so does Wand. I'd be a lot more worried if he was fighting someone a little more well-rounded that could stymie his offense with takedowns.
