Off the Twins muay thai website.
he landed the roundhouse and that was about it, he looked good no doubt, but right after that knee attempt it looks like buddy was about come at him....
TT
I dunno what his record is, if he's got a chin or not, etc...but those are some VICIOUS kicks.
TT hit the nail right on the head--he didn't land shit.
He didn't land any of those kicks.
Just flashy stuff while the other guy stood there and shelled up.
The other guy almost jacked him when he threw that knee.
IA is correct about my correctness and TheAx saw the same thing i did after that knee, his little flurry was over, i wish i knew who won that fight, whats the source on that gif??
TT
I do that in MMA, dam wrestlers just take me down and kill the party
Voch is correct,
i have a question for you UG guys then. it says that was taken off of a Muay Thai site.
the last time i checked, which is every fuckin day. Thais dont do spinning back kicks and they dont do ax kicks.
but YawYen does, which is similar to MuayThai, could he be a YawYen figher? Which is not a popular MA. or are the Thais starting to implement more kicks??
TT
It's taken off twinskickboxing.com ...
"the last time i checked, which is every fuckin day. Thais dont do spinning back kicks and they dont do ax kicks."
Sure they do, just not very often.
A lot of Dutch thai fighters used to throw lesser used techniques in the ring. Dekker used to throw a spinning reverser hook kick, every once in a while to shake the deck. Rob Kaman, used to throw a lead side kick to the face and landed it all the time.
Go their terms and conditions page (I think?) and it has a schweet highlight of Hoost hitting somebody with a hook to the liver that drops them, then a leg kick a nanosecond afterwards that would have dropped anybody. It's from Fight Night 97 I think.

Oh, and if anybody orders and wants free shipping, use discount code tl69
nowadays, Muay thai is a set of rules rather than a style really. Everyone has adapted different things and everyone can fight under different rules.
lol @ Linkage. Twinsthaiboxing.com's prices are atleast $50 more than everywere else. lol @ free shipping...lol @ $150 thaipads...
I could be wrong but that looks like Perry Ubeda from Chakuriki gym. He also had a few Tae Kwon Do fights, he used to celebrate his vistories by doing a jumping split kick. He retired long ago though.
ttt
That's TKD stuff
I dont see what so impressive, ya it looked good but nothing really landed and his opponent was to willing to shell up and take it instead of fire back
Anyone can look like a million bucks if their opponent is that passive
It is impressive because it is PHYSICALLY impressive for someone to have that sharp of mechanics in their kicks.
