This post was at the perfect time. I was just getting to work,thinking about the lack of time to train myself and my teammates. Holding down a full time job is hard enough to mix in with this sport, much less a newborn and a family. Here I am bitching about it and you are doing all this while getting ready for a title shot in the big show. Kudos to you, and to everyone else able to do this. I will stop being a bitch now, thanks.
One of the things that solidified my 'fandom' of Shane was that excellent profile Fight mag did. I personally found it very inspiring - I will never complain again about balancing the mediocre training I do with work and school because there are guys like Shane out there.
