I think Conan Silvera was the first BJJ black belt to be submitted by a non BJJ player in an MMA match. He was armbarred by Saku at UFC Japan I.
At least in modern MMA. Im sure there have been plenty of vale tudo mma matches in brazil over the past 70 years where a BJJ black belt has been subbed.
