It needs to be someone who is used to working with and training amateurs.
Neither of these are coming into this with elite level skills.
Break it down into the simplest form: violence.
Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face. For me, Bas is a solid in there. I also think Jim West would be a good man to have in there - cuts through the bullshit to what you need to do to get the win.
