Yes, people on the UG were speculating if the fight would be scrapped due to Silva's illness. The ones who were going to the event were very concerned about it not going down.
I don't remember what it was... strep? Flu? I just remember him being very sick. Wand had no business fighting that night. Wanderlei being Wanderlei insisted on fighting despite his illness.
And of course Dan Henderson was enjoying the steroid loophole as well.

Yep...Wand said prayers and ate Flinstones vitamins for that fight but Henderson got with Barry Bonds and Lance Armstrong for a superhero concoction that made him stronger than Superman....
