This is a great question... I think it would have to be Edgar as he's the least dominant champ at the moment who just fought to a draw against a guy he's about to fight again.
Even if he beats Gray, he's got Guillard, the winner of Bendo/Guida and Melendez waiting in the wings.

This would probably be my pick, if i wasnt a mendes nuthugger!
Hopefully either GSP or Jones. I wouldn't mind if either of them never had another UFC fight. 
Mendez has the tools to beat Aldo, i just dont know if he has the experience. He has alot more potential... just needs more cage time.
