Not that it's any of my business, but the "Combat Zone", is a name designating a certain area in Boston known for its women of the night and drug scene. Much like "The Strip", in Vegas, or "The Block", in Baltimore. This nickname has been around far before 1994, and I wish you luck in your lawsuit efforts, but I'm sure your attorneys would let you know about this before pursuing such actions.

Not that I frequent these type of places, but I know this guy....

Anyway, just a little inside info for you.

the old combat zone i spent a few nights back in the mid 80's there.until my firends father caught us at 2 am talking to a couple girls that were sitting on his chevelle hood.

come to think of it what the hell was he doing there at 2 am?!!
