I don't know much about his ECW days because I only watched ECW a few times.
Dude had great talent though and was a total package. When he headed RTC, he did a great job drawing heat and working the crowd. Dude was great in the ring too.
I could see him as a upper mid-card dude. Then he became Victoria's bitch?
All I remember from him in TNL was him being Raven't sidekick.............

I think he could've been an ECW main-eventer, and could've been a big star in the territory days, but that he didn't have the size Vince likes or the look to compensate for his lack of size -- Jericho is basically Stevie with a more marketable look.
