why has the UFC cut Joe Daddy yet?

Not hating, I like the guy. However, 4th strait loss and his record over his past 10 fights is a terrible 3-7.

WIth the UFC showing they will cut TUF winners in the past, I will be VERY shocked if he isn't cut.

That being said, I still like watching him fight.

He will be cut. The guy has shown nothing in his last 3-4 fights.

You will not be asking this question for much longer, he's gone.  It's shocking just how bad he's gotten.

They've been good to him because he's a company man, USED to go out there and fight his heart out, and because guys like Dana and Joe Silva occasionally feel for fighters personally (I think either Dana or Joe Silva, can't remember which, have a good relationship with Stevenson and don't want to see him and his family of 3 kids goin' hungry).

At this point though, it's hard to defend Joe Daddy. Whatever 'it' is, he's lost it.

Yes dana and joe silva both like him. Joe is a good guy and hard not to like but he has not shown up to the cage at all in his last 4 fights. It is like he lost the hunger to win and as deep as the 155 division is there is no room for him anymore.

frontrowbrian -  why's he always smiling when he's getting his ass kicked? Doesn't he understand he's losing? Why smile when you're losing? He's lost 7 of his last 10. Time to say goodbye

I posted that on a thread last night, saying something like "Joe Daddy is having a blast during a loss yet again".  Reminded me of the Diego Sanchez fight where he seemed thrilled to be losing 30-27 and get beat in every exchange.

Wow, i just looked it up. I didnt realize he was 3 for 7 in his last 10.
He probably should have been gone several fights ago.

His cheap tactic of over touching gloves as a sign of respect allowed to him to win the Luke Cummo fight when he was getting smacked up on the feet.

I really wonder what happened to him. he has gotten progressively worse over the last couple years. He should have won that fight easily, Vasquez was totally gassed after the first round.

9 year rule

It's almost like he thinks these fights are sparring sessions turned up a notch.

ttt

Joe recently hit the 9 year wall

UFC doesn't usually cut people 12 hours after their fight.

Usually the cut comes 2 or 3 days after.

Because the UFC loves it when he bleeds all over the ring!
