How come Sean Sherk's decision victory over Hermes Franca stands even though he tested positive for steroids and Nick Diaz has his amazing victory changed to a no contest for smoking marijuana.
Now that does not make sense.
Who did Tim Sylvia win and then come back and test positive? I think it was Gan Mcgee and that win still stands but Diaz tested positive for weed and they take it away.
I'm sure if he got a lawyer and took that to court he could probably get that decision overturned.
It is bullshit. The roid heads should have theirs overturned and Diaz's win should stand.
