                    <blockquote>

He's in GSP's Head

“He’s the most disrespectful human being I’ve ever met and I’m going to put the worst beating you’ve ever seen on him in the UFC.”

Those were the words Dana White revealed that Georges St-Pierre spoke to him immediately following UFC 137 when Nick Diaz had just called out the UFC welterweight champion after defeating BJ Penn.

Boxing

While challengers like Matt Serra, Dan Hardy and BJ Penn pack a great punch, none of them quite have the combination of power and technique with their hands that Nick Diaz does.

Cardio

As a champion, Georges St-Pierre regularly competes in five-round title fights and has trained for those contests for quite a few years now. This has typically been a huge advantage for him as many of his opponents have spent most of or their entire careers training for three-round non-title fights.

Koscheck and Penn were in GSP's head too. Koscheck's career was nearly ended and I think it's arguable that Penn had several years shaved off of his life expectancy.

Diaz has improved his takedown defense?

 How so?

It doesn't say Diaz is going to beat GSP anywhere, does it?

This. Or just wait for a couple of more hours when Diaz's fans are as high as giraffe pussy saying the same thing lol.

I'm no blind disillusioned fan of either, so I see this unbiasedly being a good fight.

Nick 'Who the fuck calls me Diablo?' Diaz.. IS a real threat to GSP if he can keep it standing and not get wrestle-fucked.

Nick has tons of heart and his unorthodox boxing style could be problematic once he finds his range and gets his timing down. Cardio is never an issue for Nick either, so the pace could be crackhead fast for 5 solid rounds without issue...

I think the fight would really end up coming down to take-down defense and ground games...Nick's BJJ vs GSP's wrestling.

GSP, since the Serra TKO.. has come in with methodical game plans and..sticks to them to the letter. His MMA wrestling is as good as most D1 guys...So once he starts getting peppered with 200 punches per round, he's going to look to get it to the ground..or muscle the clinch and wall and stall/dirty box..

The fight would be much closer than GSP fans are thinking...Nick does pose a legitimate threat. Much more so than anyone as of late has... If the odds at the bookies end up having Diaz as a huge underdog (which they will..most likely)..The smart money is on him.

FRAT: My bad :/

Hopefully the odds make it close, bc Diaz loses this fight 99/100 Phone Post

Lmao damn that was some boring ass garbage article right there.... Phone Post

Probably part of the same group of fans who say Conduit is a more dangerous opponent because he has "kicks" lmao Phone Post

Nick's only shot is catching GSP in a submission. If Diaz has the smarts to get it to the ground at an opportunistic time, he could win. He will not decision GSP, and no way is he going to knock him out. Nick lands a lot of punches, but he doesn't have great power. GSP will not stay in a position where he absorbs punishment. All that said, GSP still has the advatage on the ground, and if he can't stay away from Nick's hands standing, he likely grinds out another decision on the ground.

Diaz nearly knocked out BJ Penn, did knock out Paul Daley... I'd say he has plenty of power.

I didn't even read the article based on it's structure. Shitty journalism
