A couple of my teenagers run around between online classes, work, friends, etc, so “eating” for them wasn’t a priority.
They initially hated Ramen until they saw me with the Trader Joe’s version of it one day. I’ll usually make it according to the directions, drain the broth, and then put in a scrambled egg and whatever leftover protein we may have in the fridge.
Now they’re hooked.
Sodium is a little high (that’s why I drain the broth before eating) but at least it’s food in their system.
